About Me

I have been an American educator and psychologist for over 30 years,  From Native Americans “on the rez” in New Mexico to Italian street children in Rome, I have provided crucial psychological tools that work on individual strengths, consciousness and self-compassion. Twenty-four years ago, I brought my knowledge and experience to Europe. In university lectures and workshops, I teach doctoral students as well as for companies throughout Europe. As a “subjective wellbeing” researcher at Erasmus University in Rotterdam, I work with methods and inteventions aimed at strengthening human potential. Through well-being and happiness we become more resilient and self-compassionate. My current passion is to help Ukrainian refugees living in Germany to integrate into the German culture – namely by teaching self-compassion and wellbeing techniques as well as a Love-Kindness Meditation.
